Community Hospice of Northeast Florida

About

Since 1979, Community Hospice & Palliative Care has been the Compassionate Guide, helping people live better and believe in providing each patient and their family care to alleviate pain and suffering, whether physical, emotional or spiritual.  Each day nearly 2,000 employees and volunteers ensure people in our community enjoy a better quality of life for as long as possible.

The food pantry of green cove springs

About

Serving over 7,000 clients, The Food Pantry of Green Cove Springs has helped ensure those in need are provided emergency meals.  Since opening its doors in 1989, The Food Pantry has relied on food drives and donations from local organizations to ensure local families are fed in times of need.  The Food Pantry is an all volunteer organization which allows your donations to go directly to feeding the hungry of Clay County Florida.

Trinity rescue mission

Since 1962, Trinity Rescue Mission has provided emergency services and long-term addiction recovery programs to the hungry, homeless and hurting in the greater Jacksonville area.  From transitional housing to skills training and job placement, we are dedicated to loving, serving and helping those in need through the grace of Jesus Christ.

Quigley House is a comprehensive Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center serving the Clay County Area and Northeast Florida.  Their mission is to provide advocacy and empowerment to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault while providing community education to heighten awareness.
